摘要
本文介绍了一种基于粗效过滤材料应用的新型长效低维护空气净化机组。机组采用了新型的折叠卷绕以及自动清灰设计以大幅降低机组的维护需求,并可使机组保持长期的低阻节能运行。本文并对机组样机于2016年12月—2017年9月期间的实际运行效果进行了分析。机组长期连续运行监测数据表明,该机组样机可保持长期以风速阻力比不大于40 Pa/(m·s)的低阻状态运行,对机组回风中的PM_(10)净化过滤效率约20%~30%,并且可将机组维护频率由传统粗效过滤器的每周1次降低至每6个月1次。
        This paper introduced a noval long-life prefiltration unit with low maintenance requirements. This unit adopted new auto-rolling and self-cleaning design to lower the energy consumption and maintenance requirements. The prototype sample was installed in a subway station in Beijing since December,2016. The monitoring results of the corresponding operation performance from then to September, 2017 was collected and analyzed. According to monitoring results, the air resistance of this noval air cleaning unit could be lower than 40 Pa/(m·s) during the whole life cycle. The PM_(10) filtration efficiency is about 20% to 30%. The maintenance frequency was just once per 6 months, much lower than the traditional filters which are needed to be cleaned or changed at least once a week.
