摘要

创先争优长效机制是围绕创先争优开展常态化工作的重要规范和保障,是保持党员个人和基层党组织先进性的基础,文章根据沈阳职业技术学院外国语学院党总支的自身特点,结合提高组织生活质量和增强基层党组织活力的几点工作启示,提出了构建创先争优长效机制的策略。
        The long-effect mechanism of preemptive competition for excellence is an important norm and guarantee for the normalization of the work, and the basis for maintaining the advanced nature of the individual party members and the grass-roots party organizations. This article is based on the characteristics of the total party branch of Shenyang Institute of Vocational Technology and Foreign languages. Combined with the enlightenment of improving the quality of life of organizations and strengthening the vitality of grass-roots party organizations, this paper puts forward the strategy of constructing the long-effect mechanism of seeking excellence first and foremost.
