霸王鞭化学成分研究

摘要
采用硅胶柱色谱及HPLC等分离方法对新鲜霸王鞭的乙酸乙酯提取物进行分离纯化,得到8个单体化合物,通过1H NMR和13C NMR的方式鉴出其结构分别为蒲公英赛醇(1),大戟醇(2),木栓酮(3),乙酰表木栓醇(4),西米杜鹃醇(5),α-菠甾醇(6),山柰酚-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(7),槲皮素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖甙(8)。化合物4,5,7,8为首次从霸王鞭中分离得到。
The chemical constituents were separated and purified by column chromatographies and HPLC. Their structures were determined on the basic of spectroscopic analyses(1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR). Result There were compounds isolated from with the structures identified as Conclusion Taraxerol(1), Euphorbia(2), Xylosterone(3),Acetyllidenol(4), Simedodecol(5), α-pineapple sterol(6), Kaempferol-3-O-α-L-Raspicosin(7), Quercetin-3-O-α-L-moleosin(8). Compounds 4, 5, 7, 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
