临床医学检验中质量控制提高因素及相应对策

摘要
目的研究探讨临床医学检验中质量控制提高因素及相应对策。方法将2017年4月—2018年2月该院检验科行相应检验项目的 200例患者检验样本进行分析,找出其检验出现差错的原因,并提出相应对策。结果 200例患者中,含有63.0%准备阶段的误差,20.5%标本采集阶段的误差,6.0%标本处理阶段的误差以及10.5%检测设备使用不当造成的误差。结论在临床实践中,影响医学检查质量的因素很多。为了提高检验质量,有必要对整个检验过程进行分析,然后制定相应的解决方案,以确保检验结果的准确性。
Objective To investigate the factors of improving quality control and corresponding countermeasures in clinical medical examination. Methods A total of 200 patients' test samples from the April 2007 to Feburary 2018 laboratory in our hospital were analyzed in detail to find out the reasons for the errors in the tests, and corresponding countermeasures were proposed. Results 200 patients had 63.0% error in the preparation phase,20.5% in the specimen collection phase, 6.0% in the specimen processing phase, and 10.5% in the improper use of the test equipment. Conclusion There are many factors influencing the quality of medical examinations in clinical practice. In order to improve the quality of the inspection, it is necessary to analyze the entire inspection process, and then develop a corresponding solution to ensure the accuracy of the inspection results.
