摘要
采用超声波破碎法提取3种药食同源植物(马齿苋、长裂苦苣菜、蒲公英)中的总黄酮,考察乙醇浓度、料液比(mg/m L)、p H、超声时间、超声功率、超声温度对3种植物总黄酮提取量的影响,确定3种植物总黄酮适宜提取条件。实验结果表明,在3种植物总黄酮适宜提取条件下,马齿苋、长裂苦苣菜、蒲公英总黄酮提取量分别达到3.82、28.57、9.17 mg/g。另外,分析3种植物总黄酮提取物对禾谷镰刀菌的抑制效果。结果显示,当3种植物总黄酮提取物质量浓度为50 mg/m L和100 mg/m L时,提取物对禾谷镰刀菌的抑制作用为:马齿苋提取物>蒲公英提取物>长裂苦苣菜提取物;当低于50 mg/m L时,3种提取物对禾谷镰刀菌的抑制作用为:蒲公英提取物>马齿苋提取物>长裂苦苣菜提取物。
        This experiment used the method of ultrasonic disintegration to extract the total flavonoids from three kinds of medicinal and edible plant(Portulaca oleracea L., Sonchus brachyotus DC., Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. Mazz.). Six conditions including ethanol proportion, solid-liquid ratio, p H, ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic temperature were investigated to determine the optimum conditions for extraction of total flavonoids from three plants. The results showed that: under the appropriate extraction conditions, the yield of total flavonoids in Portulaca oleracea L., Sonchus brachyotus DC. and Taraxacum mongolicum Hand. Mazz. was 3.82 mg/g, 28.57 mg/g and 9.17 mg/g respectively. Moreover, the inhibition effects of three kinds of plant extracts on Fusarium graminearum were conducted. The results were as follows: when the concentration of the three plant extracts was 50 mg/m L and 100 mg/m L, the inhibitory effect of the extract on Fusarium graminearum was: Portulaca oleracea L.>Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.>Mazz. Sonchus brachyotus DC., however, when the concentration was below 50 mg/m L, the inhibitory effect of the extract on Fusarium graminearum was: Taraxacum mongolicum Hand.>Portulaca oleracea L.>Mazz. Sonchus brachyotus DC.
