摘要
针对破碎煤帮锚索锚固力严重不足、支护作用差的现状,根据作用机理不同,提出改善煤体结构、加长锚索、避让破碎区、加长锚固、综合法5种方法,并阐述了不同方法的适用条件,最后进行了异常破碎煤帮锚固力提高工程实例介绍,采用综合法显著提高了锚索锚固力,由5~8MPa提高到25MPa以上。
In view of the serious shortage of anchoring force and poor support effect of broken coal anchor cable, according to the different mechanism of action, five methods are proposed: improving coal structure, lengthening anchor cable, avoiding crushing zone, lengthening anchoring and comprehensive method, and different methods are explained. The applicable conditions of the method were finally introduced to the example of the abnormally broken coal-supporting anchoring force improvement project. The comprehensive method was used to significantly improve the anchoring force of the anchor cable, which was increased from 5~8 MPa to over 25 MPa.
