健脾益气、化瘀解毒法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎探讨

摘要
慢性萎缩性胃炎是消化系统的常见疾病,临床采用胃促动力药、黏膜保护剂等方法治疗,可有效改善部分症状,但仍缺乏有效阻断或逆转。近年来中医药治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的相关研究较多,临证多应用健脾益气、化瘀解毒法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎。健脾益气、化阏解毒法治疗可有效阻断或逆转部分肠上皮化生和异型增生,使药物预防胃癌成为可能。本研究就慢性萎缩性胃炎的病因病机及治法做简述,旨在探讨健脾益气、化瘀解毒法治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。
Chronic atrophic gastritis is a common disease of digestive system. Prokinetic drugs and mucoprotective medicine are widely used to improve the some symptoms,but still lack effective block or reverse. In recent years,Chinese medicine treatment for chronic atrophic gastritis achieves positive effects. The application of JianpiYiqi and HuayuJiedu method for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis in clinic can effectively block or reverse the intestinal metaplasia and atypical hyperplasia and make it possible to prevent gastric cancer by drugs. This research discuss the etiology and pathogenesis and treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis to explore the clinical curative effect of JianpiYiqi and HuayuJiedu method in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.
