摘要
详细研究冷金属过渡技术在焊接过程中的电弧行为及其对焊缝成形的影响,并分析其微观机理,通过综合精密控制焊接电压、焊接电流、送丝与回丝速度等焊接参数,研究焊接电弧的微观行为,实现了熔滴过渡物理行为与焊接参数的完美结合,为获得焊缝的优质连接与成形提供了理论基础,满足了车身薄板覆盖件设计与焊接要求,对于MIG焊方法的丰富与发展具有重要的理论与实际工程应用价值。
        The arc behavior of cold metal transfer technology in welding process and its effect on the appearance of weld are studied in details,and the micro-mechanism is also analyzed. The welding parameters such as welding voltage,welding current,wire feed rate and so on is controlled through integrated precision system,the micro-behavior of the welding arc are researched,the perfect combination of metal transfer physical behavior and welding parameters is achieved,which provides the theoretical base for obtaining high quality joining and appearance of welds,and also meets the design and welding demand for thin sheet covering parts of body-in-white. It has very important theoretical and practical engineering application value for enrichment and development of MIG welding method.
