许芝银调治甲状腺癌术后经验

摘要
介绍许芝银教授治疗甲状腺癌术后的辨证思路及用药经验。许老师根据甲状腺癌术后的症状表现,将其分为四个证型:气阴两虚证、肝郁气滞证、脾肾阳虚证、痰瘀互结证,分别采用益气养阴、疏肝理气、温阳散结、破瘀化痰等法施治,可明显改善甲状腺癌术后的各种不适症状,提高患者的生活质量。
Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation thought and prescription experience of Professor XU Zhiyin on treating postoperative thyroid cancer were introduced. Professor XU Zhiyin according to the symptoms of postoperative thyroid cancer divides it into four pattern types:qi and yin deficiency,liver depression and qi stagnation,spleen and kidney yang deficiency,biding of phlegm and stasis. And gives corresponding treatment,boosting qi and nourishing yin,soothing the liver and rectifying qi,warming yang and dissipating masses,and breaking up stasis and resolving phlegm. Through such treatment,various symptoms of postoperative thyroid cancer could be relieved obviously and the quality of life patients is improved.
