摘要
针对国产小中空容器用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)产品在加工时存在气味的问题,分别对国产HDPE和进口HDPE产品进行升温淋洗分级分析、不同相对分子质量聚合物含量分析、庚烷提取物含量分析。结果表明:气味大小与产品中低相对分子质量聚合物的含量多少有关,气味由低相对分子质量聚合物引起,通过控制低相对分子质量聚合物的产生可有效解决产品气味问题。
In order to solve the problem of odor in the processing of high density polyethylene(HDPE)products used in domestic small hollow containers,the heating and washing classification analysis,the analysis of different molecular weight polymer content and the content analysis of heptane extract are analyzed respectively for domestic HDPE and imported HDPE products.The results show that the odor is related to the amount of low molecular weight polymers.The odor is caused by low molecular weight polymers.We can effectively solve the product odor problem by controlling the production of low molecular weight polymers.
