摘要
针对中欧班列去程运输组织优化问题进行研究,根据现有的直达和集结开行两种运输组织模式,构建中欧班列去程运输组织优化模型。以《"一带一路"中欧国际货运班列联盟宣言》中提出的选定乌鲁木齐作为中欧班列西部方向集结中心为例,将调研所得实际数据带入数学优化模型求解得出最优方案。为了探究影响中欧班列运输组织模式的关键要素,具体分析中欧班列平均旅行速度、货物时间价值两个参数对运输组织模式的影响,总结得出对中欧班列运输组织具有指导意义的结论。
        In this paper,the outbound transportation organization optimization problem for China Railway Express was studied.According to the existing two modes of the direct and assembly transportation organization,an optimization model of the transportation organization model for China Railway Express was presented to explore the key elements of freight transportation.Based on the case study of Urumqi chosen in the "Belt and Road"China-Europe International Freight Train League Declaration,as the logistic assembly center of westward China Railway Express,the feasibility of the proposed model was analyzed.The actual data from the investigation were put into the mathematical optimization model to get the optimal solution.In order to explore the key factors affecting the mode of freight transport organization,the paper analyzed the impact of two parameters,including the average travel speed and the time value of the goods,on the transportation organization mode,and made conclusions that have guiding significance to the train operation organization for China Railway Express.
