摘要
利用岸基雷达对海面目标的主动探测能力,对海面船只进行全天候24h的监视,结合视频监视技术,将雷达和视频联动处理,然后将目标的数据和图像传送给对应地市或省的指挥控制中心,供渔业执法大队使用。通过集成平台对数据的融合处理,实现海洋交通的宏观、动态、实时、立体化的综合智能监控;基于雷达的船舶监视管理系统具有联动执法、综合管控及应急指挥等功能。
Using the active detection ability of shore based radar to the sea surface target,the ship is monitored all weather 24 hours on the sea surface,combined with video surveillance technology,the linkage of radar and video is processed,then the data and images of the target are transmitted to the command and control center of corresponding cities or provinces for the fishery law enforcement brigade.The macroscopic,dynamic,real-time,three-dimensional integrated intelligent monitoring of marine traffic is realized through the fusion processing of integrated platform to the data,and the ship monitoring and management system based on radar has the functions of linkage law enforcement,integrated control and emergency command,etc..
