履带车辆传动箱齿轮寿命分布函数确定方法的研究

摘要
以履带车辆传动箱传动齿轮为研究对象,基于现有的机械部件动态可靠性模型,结合传动齿轮的设计参数,建立传动箱传动齿轮的寿命分布模型。现参考两种可应用于传动齿轮的寿命分布模型,即双参数威布尔分布模型及对数正态分布模型,利用抽样法和最小二乘法对这两种分布模型进行参数估算,并通过相关系数法对两种分布类型的参数估算结果进行验证。结果表明,双参数威布尔分布能够更好地拟合传动齿轮的寿命分布情况。本研究中的寿命分布函数确定方法对其他零部件寿命周期管理有一定的指导作用。
        With the transmission gears of tracked vehicle gearbox as object of research,the life distribution model of the transmission gears was obtained through building dynamic reliability models of mechanical components combined with the parameters of gears. The two kinds of life distribution models,Weibull distribution with two parameters and lognormal distribution,can be applied to the transmission gears. The parameters of the two kinds of life distribution models were estimated with sampling method and the least square method,with the estimation results testified with the correlation coefficient method. The results show that the Weibull distribution fits the life distribution better. The method to determine the life distribution function in this paper has a measure of guiding effect on other components in terms of lifespan cycle administration.
