摘要
针对热采管柱设计时未充分考虑作业过程中管柱的受力变化的情况,考虑蒸汽热采井井下复杂工况,研究复杂约束条件对完井管柱的稳定性影响。推导并建立复杂约束条件下管柱受力计算模型,以实际热采水平井B05-P2井为例,分析井身结构、高温蒸汽注入等复杂工况对完井管柱的稳定性影响。结果表明,管柱下入过程井身弯曲段对管柱受力状态影响最大;注蒸汽阶段套管柱因热胀效应产生的位移无法释放,易引起水平段破坏,失效形式主要是失稳破坏;将现场所用补偿距离与理论所需最小补偿能力对比,证实该约束条件下管柱受力分析方法具有良好的适用性,建议在完井时根据实际工况增加适当规格的补偿器或预留部分空间。
        Considering the complex conditions in the thermal production wells with steam injection and the stress variation of the casing strings during the operation which is not fully taken into account in strings design,a study on mechanical stability of strings with complex constraints in well completion was conducted. A stress computing model for the strings under the complex constraints was deduced and built. Making the real horizontal-thermal well B05-P2 as an example,the effects of the intricate conditions including well structure and high temperature steam on the stability of the pipe string were studied. The results show that the the bending section of well B05-P2 effects the stresses of the strings most significantly in the well completion process. The displacements of the casing string due to the thermal expansion effect can not be released,resulting in instability of the horizontal section of the casing strings.As a result,the horizontal section of the casing string is more likely to fail in the form of bucking failure. By comparing the compensated distance used in filed with the theoretical minimum compensated capacity,the well applicability of the method proposed in this paper was proved. It is suggested to increasing some appropriate compensators or reserving some distance in the well completion process.
