摘要
灵芝三萜酸具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、解毒、抗炎及保肝等多种药理活性。本研究建立了超高效液相色谱法同时测定灵芝子实体中11种三萜酸的方法。采用ACQUITY UPLC HSS T3(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 m)色谱柱,以乙腈0.03%磷酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,流速0.5 mL/min,柱温35℃。赤芝酸C、赤芝酸N、灵芝酸G、灵芝烯酸B、灵芝酸B、脱乙酰灵芝酸F、灵芝酸A、赤芝酸A、灵芝酸D、赤芝酸D、灵芝酸F在0.004~0.06 mg/mL内有良好的线性关系,加样回收率均高于95.0%,RSD均小于5.0%。本方法简便、稳定,可在16 min内完成11种三萜酸的定量分析,为灵芝质量评价提供了参考依据。
        Triterpenoid Acids of Ganoderma lucidum have a variety of pharmacological activities such as anti-tumor, immunomodulatory,detoxification, anti-inflammatory and liver preservation. A method for the simultaneous determination of 11 triterpenoid acids in sporophore of G.lucidum is described, in which ultra performance liquid chromatography are used. A acquity uplc HSS T3(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.7 m)column kept at 35 ℃ and eluted with acetonitrile 0.03% phospholic acid solution at a flow rate of 0.5 mL/min was used for the chromatographic separation. The column temperature was 35 ℃. The concentration range of Lucidenic acid C, Lucidenic acid N, Ganoderic acid G, Ganoderenic acid B, Ganoderic acid B, Deacetyl ganoderic acid F, Ganoderic acid A, Lucidenic acid A, Ganoderic acid D, Lucidenic acid D and Ganoderic acid F was in from 0.004 to 0.06 mg/mL and the peak area showed good linearity. Their recoveries were more than 95.0%,with RSD being less than 5.0%. The method is convenient and reliable, it could be used for the quantitative analysis of eleven triterpenoid acids with in 16 min. It provide reference for quality evaluation of G.lucidum.
