摘要
目的探讨高血压大鼠外周血白细胞和肝脏组织端粒相对长度及二者相关性。方法将16只SD雄性大鼠随机分为高血压组和对照组各8只。高血压组采用双侧肾动脉后支结扎以及结扎后喂食8%NaCl饲料的方法构建高血压大鼠模型,对照组用标准饲料进行喂养。饲养4个月后比较两组大鼠肝脏组织及外周血白细胞端粒长度,并分析高血压大鼠外周血白细胞端粒与肝脏组织端粒的关系。结果高血压组大鼠肝脏组织及外周血白细胞端粒长度均短于对照组(均P<0.05),高血压组大鼠外周血白细胞与肝脏组织端粒长度呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论高血压大鼠外周血白细胞及肝脏组织端粒长度明显缩短,两者存在一定相关性。
        Objective To investigate the relative telomere lengths of peripheral blood leukocytes and liver tissues in hypertensive rats and their correlation. Methods Sixteen male SD rats were randomly divided into hypertension group and control group,with 8 rats in each group. The hypertension group was given 8% Na Cl diet after bilateral posterior renal artery ligation to develop the hypertensive rat model,and the control group was given the normal diet. After four months of feeding,the telomere lengths of liver tissues and peripheral blood leukocytes of rats were compared between the two groups,and the relationship between peripheral blood leukocyte and liver tissue telomere lengths was analyzed. Results The telomere lengths of liver tissues and peripheral blood leukocytes of the rats in the hypertension group were shorter than those in the control group(all P < 0. 05),and there was a positive correlation between peripheral blood leukocyte and liver tissue telomere lengths of the rats in the hypertension group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion The telomere lengths of peripheral blood leukocytes and liver tissues decrease significantly in the hypertensive rats,and they show a certain correlation.
