摘要
目的了解电子处方系统安全警示的研究概况,客观反映各国家、机构以及研究者在安全警示这一领域的研究程度和影响作用,分析电子处方系统安全警示领域研究前沿和热点,为进一步的研究提供全面化的视角。方法通过检索科学引文索引(SCI)数据库Web of Science,检索电子处方系统安全警示相关研究的文献,检索时间为1986年至2018年6月4日,采用文献计量的方法,分析电子处方系统安全警示相关文献在国家/地区、机构、研究者、领域高被引论文、研究热点和前沿等方面的情况。结果 Web of Science数据库中共检索得到463条结果,美国在电子处方系统安全警示领域研究数量最多,遥遥领先于其他国家,占57. 67%,其他国家占比均不超过10%,中国排名第16;发文量与引文数在2009-2011年爆发式增长。以《Journal of the AmericanM edical Informatics Association》为首的10种刊物在电子处方系统安全警示领域有着较高的学术影响力。发文量最高的研究者是Bates DW,其科研成果可以作为今后相关研究的重点参考对象。电子处方系统安全警示领域的研究热点是潜在药物相互作用、用药安全、系统回顾、门诊患者设施等研究。结论本文的文献分析对电子处方系统安全警示研究领域进行了梳理,发现该领域处于发展阶段,美国是该领域的研究主体。本文为今后开展电子处方系统安全警示课题提供了全景式的角度,为以后开展相关研究奠定了基础。
        Objective To study the research status of the safety alert of electronic prescription system,reflect the research level and influence of various countries,agencies,and researchers in the field of safety warnings,and analyze the frontiers and hot spots of the safety alert of electronic prescription system,in order to provide comprehensive perspective for further research. Methods Articles related to the safety alert of electronic prescription system were searched from scientific citation index (SCI) database from 1986 to June 4 th,2018. Bibliometric method was used to analyze the safety alert of electronic prescription system in different countries and institutions and researchers,and the highly cited literatures in certain fields,as well as research hot spots and frontiers. Results A total of 463 results were retrieved from the Web of Science database. The United States had the largest number of studies in the field of electronic prescription system,far ahead of other countries,accounting for 57. 67%. Other countries accounted for no more than10%,and China ranked the 16th. The number of articles and citations had exploded in 2009-2011. The 10 publications led by "Journal of the American M edical Informatics Association"had a high academic influence in the field of the safety alert of electronic prescription system. The researcher with the highest number of articles was Bates DW. His scientific research results could serve as a key reference for future research. The research hot spots in the field of the safety alert of electronic prescription system included potential drug interactions,drug safety,system review,outpatient facilities,etc. Conclusion The Bibliometric analysis in this paper sorts out the research fields of the safety alert of electronic prescription system and shows that it is in a stable development stage,and the United States is the main researcher.This article provided a panoramic perspective for the future development of the safety alert issues of electronic prescription system,laying the foundation for future research.
