摘要
组合梁桥在当前的桥梁建设中占有率越来越高,此类型桥梁具有截面性能优良,可工厂化整体预制,工艺成熟可追溯,制造质量可控。在一些特定地形条件下,超宽和超高、超重钢箱梁的现场转运和架设,是制约大桥上部结构施工的重点和难点。池州长江公路大桥主桥采用单侧不对称混合梁斜拉桥,其北侧边跨和辅助跨地处长江北岸陆地区,其中离长江大堤距离最远的钢混结合段单重接近550 t,起升高度接近50 m,难以采用常规的起重设备进行吊装作业。通过比选,提出陆地区超宽超重钢箱梁的转场和架设方法,以及提升门架的设计与施工的思路和方法,对类似大桥陆地区钢箱梁架设具有一定的借鉴作用。
        Composite beam bridge occupies an increasingly high proportion in the current bridge construction. This type of bridge has excellent cross-sectional performance, can be prefabricated as a whole, the process maturity can be traced back, and the manufacturing quality can be controlled. Under some specific terrain conditions, the field transfer and erection of ultra-wide and ultra-high and ultra-weight steel box girders are the key and difficult points that restrict the construction of the upper structure of the bridge. The main bridge of the Chizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge adopts a unilateral asymmetrical mixed beam cable-stayed bridge. Its north side span and auxiliary span are located on the north bank of the Yangtze River. Among them, the single weight of the steel-mixed section with the furthest distance from the Yangtze River embankment is close to 550 t.The lifting height is close to 50 m. It is difficult to use conventional lifting equipment for lifting operations. By comparing and selecting, we put forward the transfer field and erection method of ultra-wide and ultra-weight steel box girders in the land area, as well as the ideas and methods for the design and construction of the raised door frame, which can be used as a reference for the erection of steel box girders in similar land areas.
