摘要
针对脚轮轴承装配效率低的问题,设计一种脚轮轴承自动装配设备,从机械结构和控制系统两方面对装配机进行介绍。详细介绍了基于PLC的控制系统设计,系统响应的硬件组成和软件控制。设计的装配机能够完成轴承供料、脚轮供料、轴承安装及出料等动作,实现了脚轮轴承的自动装配。
Aimed at low assembly efficiency of caster bearings, an automatic assembly equipment is designed. The assembly machine is introduced from two aspects of mechanical structure and control system. The control system design based on PLC, hardware composition and software control of system response are introduced in detail. The bearing feeding, caster feeding, bearing installation and discharging are completed by designed assembly machine, and the automatic assembly of caster bearings is realized.
