摘要
广饶国际博览中心展厅屋盖为长轴126m、短轴56m的椭球形,对此屋盖结构进行了方案比选,主要对比了双层网壳、拱桁架-单层网壳和弦支网壳结构体系,综合考虑受力性能、造价、工期等因素后选定了弦支网壳结构方案。分析了作用于结构的恒荷载、活荷载、风荷载、温度作用以及地震作用等,并对各种工况进行组合;阐述了拉索预应力设定的原则,给出了主要拉索的预应力取值;分析了结构的静力、动力性能,得到了在结构在设计组合下的应力和位移,结果表明,结构材料利用率较高且有一定安全储备。对结构进行了稳定分析,在考虑几何非线性情况下结构的稳定能满足规范要求,为其他类似工程提供参考。
        The roof of Guangrao International Expo Center exhibition hall is an ellipsoid with 126 m major axis and 56 m minor axis. The schemes of this roof structure were compared, including structural systems of double-layer reticulated shell, arch-truss single-layer reticulated shell and cable-supported reticulated shell. The structural scheme of cable-supported reticulated shell was selected after considering the mechanical properties, cost and construction period. The dead load, live load, wind load, temperature effect and earthquake actionapplied on the structure were analyzed, and combinations of all load cases was presented. The principle design for prestress of the cables was expounded, and the prestress value of the cables was given. The static and dynamic performances of the structure were analyzed, and the stress and displacement under design combinations were obtained. The results show that the utilization ratio of structural materials is high and there is a certain safety reserve. The stability analysis of the structure was carried out, and the stability considering the geometric nonlinearity can meet the requirements of the code, which could provide reference for other similar projects.
