摘要
针对压力容器缺乏从使用中广义质量的角度进行评价的问题,提出了一种应用于压力容器服役过程质量分析的质量指标体系与评价方法。首先,依据压力容器使用过程中的特点及现代广义质量概念,提出了压力容器服役质量的概念,并对服役质量内涵进行了阐述;其次,构建了压力容器服役质量评价指标体系,给出了指标体系中各指标数据的获取方式与路线;在此基础上,提出了压力服役质量指数的概念,并结合属性数学评价理论,给出了服役质量指数计算方法,实现压力容器在服役过程中的质量量化评价。用某企业压力容器服役过程数据验证所提方法的有效性,结果表明,提出的方法可以实现从底层服役过程数据到系统宏观服役质量状态的集成分析,同时所提服役质量指数可以实时体现系统服役状态定量化、直观化的分析。
        To overcome the shortage of evaluating the quality of pressure vessels from the view of generalized quality in actual service, a quality index system and an evaluation method for quality analysis of pressure vessels in service process are proposed. The concept of service quality of pressure vessel is put forward based on the characteristics of pressure vessel and the modern generalized quality concept, and the connotation of service quality is elaborated. The evaluation index system of service quality of pressure vessel is constructed, and the acquisition methods and routes of index data in the index system are then introduced. The concept of service quality index of pressure vessels is put forward following the evaluation index system. Combining with the mathematical evaluation theory of attribute, the calculation method of service quality index is presented to realize the quantitative evaluation of service quality of pressure vessels, then the effectiveness of this method is verified by the service process data of a pressure vessel. The results show that the proposed method realizes the integrated analysis from the bottom service process data to the macro service quality status of the system. Additionally, the service quality index reflects the quantitative and intuitive analysis for the service status of the system in real time.
