摘要

"现代学徒制"是传统学徒制的继承和发展,丰富了职业教育的内涵,体现了职业教育的实用性、专业性和开放性。该文阐述了现代学徒制的内涵特点,并结合慈溪职业高中在省名学校建设期间现代学徒试点现状和实践,提出了改进"现代学徒制"培养模式的对策和建议。
        "Modern apprenticeship" is the inheritance and development of traditional apprenticeship, which enriches the connotation of vocational education and embodies the practicability, professionalism and openness of vocational education. This paper expounds the connotation and characteristics of modern apprenticeship, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training mode of "modern apprenticeship" based on the current situation and practice of the pilot project of modern apprenticeship in Cixi Vocational High School during the construction of famous provincial schools.
