摘要

介绍沈绍功教授治疗继发性闭经的经验。沈教授认为继发性闭经以肾虚为本,血瘀为标,治疗以调肾活血为基础,同时注重处理兼挟因素。并且将辨证单元、组方单元及治疗理论相结合,为临床辨证处方理清了思路,对中药治疗继发性闭经有重要指导意义。
        The experience of Professor SHEN Shaogong in treating secondary amenorrhea is introduced.Professor SHEN believes that secondary amenorrhea is based on kidney deficiency.Blood stasis is the surface and the treatment is based on regulating kidney and activating blood circulation.At the same time,it emphazed the treatment should be placed on dealing with both factors.And combined with syndrome differentiation unit,prescription unit and treatment theory,it clarified the ideas for clinical dialectical prescription and has important guiding significance for Chinese medicine treatment of secondary amenorrhea.
