新生儿重症监护室护士发育支持能力评估量表的汉化及信效度检验

摘要
目的汉化新生儿重症监护室(neonatal intensive care unit,NICU)护士发育支持能力评估量表,并对问卷的信、效度进行检验。方法由专业人员对英文版NICU护士发育支持能力评估量表进行翻译和回译,对461名NICU护士进行问卷调查和信效度检验。结果问卷项目分析、内容效度检验均符合标准,未删除条目。结构效度分析首先采用探索性因子分析:共提取了6个公因子,累计方差贡献率为75.23%;验证性因子分析显示,方程拟合度χ~2/df为2.332,近似误差均方根0.076。信度分析显示,6个维度和总表的Cronbach’sα系数范围为0.733～0.898,折半系数为0.661～0.787;重测信度系数范围为0.787～0.924(均P<0.01)。结论中文版NICU护士发育支持能力评估量表具有良好的信效度,适用于评估中国NICU护士发育支持能力的水平。
Objective To translate the Developmental Support Competency Scale for Nurses(DSCS-N)questionnaire into Chinese and to test the reliability and validity of this questionnaire.Methods The DSCS-N questionnaire was translated and retroverted between English and Chinese.Totally 461 nurses participated in the investigation.Results Questionnaire item analysis and content validity test were in line with the criteria,and no items were deleted.Six common factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis that interpreted the cumulative variation of 75.23%.The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicated that the model had a satisfactory goodness-of-fit(χ~2/df=2.332),the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation was 0.076.Reliability analysis showed that Cronbach's α were ranged from 0.733 to 0.898;split-half coefficients were ranged from 0.661 to 0.787.Retest correlation coefficients were ranged from 0.787 to 0.924(all P<0.01).Conclusions The Chinese version of DSCS-N is reliable and valid,and can be used to measure the status of developmental support in Chinese NICU nurses.
