糖尿病患者自我管理行为影响因素问卷的编制及信效度检验

摘要
目的自行编制糖尿病患者自我管理行为影响因素问卷,并检验其信效度。方法基于健康信念模式,编制问卷条目池,对其进行专家咨询,形成问卷初稿;对河北大学附属医院、保定市糖尿病专科医院200名糖尿病患者进行调查,并对问卷进行信度和效度检验。结果对24个条目的问卷进行探索性因子分析后提取出6个公因子,解释总变异的60.937%,S-CVI=0.795,I-CVI=0.8～1,区别效度在0.022～0.671间,问卷Cronbach'sα值在0.903～0.749间;对使用的糖尿病自我管理量表(DSMQ)和影响因素问卷进行验证性因素分析,具有良好的模型配适度。结论问卷信效度良好,非常适合患者自我管理行为影响因素的评估。
Objective The aim of this study was to develop a self-designed questionnaire on the influencing factors for selfmanagement behavior in diabetic patients and test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the health belief model, the questionnaire item pool was compiled. The expert consultation was carried out, and the first draft of the questionnaire was formed. 200 diabetic patients in Baoding diabetes specialist hospital and affiliated hospital of Hebei university were investigated. The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested. Results Six common factors were extracted from 24 items of questionnaire by exploratory factor analysis, which accounted for 60.937% of the total variation. The cumulative contribution rate of variance was from 0.8 to 1. The distinguishing validity was 0.022 ±0.671. The Cronbach's Alpha value of the questionnaire was between 0.903 and 0.749. The confirmatory factor analysis of the diabetes self-management scale(DSMQ) and the influencing factors questionnaire showed that the model fit was moderate. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were good and suitable for the evaluation of influencing factors for self-management behavior.
