长期频繁捐献单采血小板对献血者电解质和骨代谢的影响

摘要
单采血小板受到采集仪器和采集时间以及人们接受程度等多种限制,目前多数血站的血小板捐献者多为固定献血者,这就造成了献血者反复多次捐献单采血小板。且2012年7月1日实施的《献血者健康检查要求》规定单采血小板献血间隔:不少于2周,不大于24次/年;相比2001版规定"每隔4周采集一次",理论上单采血小板献血者较之前单采次数翻倍,且单次捐献2 U时体外循环使用的枸橼酸盐抗凝剂量也大幅增加。目前已知,相对大量枸橼酸盐抗凝剂的应用会引起机体内电解质代谢变化,如血钙、磷水平下降同时引发血甲状旁腺素水平升高。骨代谢平衡是由成骨细胞和破骨细胞在不断的骨重建中维持的,而钙的代谢变化是骨代谢中最主要的环节,因此长期频繁大量枸橼酸盐所致的低钙血症是否引发骨代谢生理变化?引起了人们的兴趣。本文就长期频繁捐献单采血小板对献血者机体电解质和骨代谢的影响作一综述
