摘要
目的:建立一套基于CIPP模式的临床教学质量评价体系,综合评价临床教学质量。方法:通过文献法、专家咨询法分别从CIPP模式的背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和成果评价4个方面设立各级指标。结果:建立了包括4个一级指标,18个二级指标在内的临床教学质量评价指标体系并确定各级指标权重。结论:本评估体系表基本能反映临床教学及管理的实际情况,对临床教学质量的评估有一定参考作用。
Objective: To establish a clinical teaching quality evaluation system based on CIPP model and evaluate the clinical teaching quality comprehensively. Methods: Through literature review and expert consultation(Delphi Method), indicators at all levels were set up from four aspects of CIPP model including background evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation and outcome evaluation. Results: An evaluation index system of clinical teaching quality was established, including 4 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators, and the weight of indicators at all levels was determined. Conclusion: The evaluation system table can basically reflect the actual situation of clinical teaching and management, and has a certain reference value for the evaluation of clinical teaching quality.
