华卟啉钠的抗肿瘤作用研究进展

摘要
光动力疗法(PDT)是肿瘤治疗的新策略,其关键因素包括光敏剂和匹配的光源。作为新一代高纯度光敏剂,华卟啉钠(DVDMS)具有活性成分明确、含量高、有效剂量低、治疗后避光时间短等特点,安全性也较好。随着其声敏性的发现,DVDMS介导的声动力治疗进一步拓展了其研究和应用范围。研究表明DVDMS有望用于抗肿瘤、抗菌、治疗银屑病、开发治疗诊断试剂等,具有较好的开发和应用前景。本文将对华卟啉钠的抗肿瘤活性及其机制的研究进展进行综述。
        Photodynamic therapy(PDT) is a new oncotherapy method. Photosensitizer and matched-light are the key elements of PDT. As a next generation photosensitizers of high purity, sinoporphyrin sodium(DVDMS) has the characteristics of clear structure and high content, low effective dose, short time avoiding light after treatment and good safety. Due to the discovery of ultrasonic sensitivity of DVDMS, great progresses have been made on the research and application of DVDMSmediated sonodynamic therapy. Research suggests that DVDMS has potentials to be used for anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, treatment of psoriasis, development of therapeutic diagnostic reagents and so on. This review sums up the anti-tumor activities and mechanisms of DVDMS.
