地方高校法学本科教育改革构想

摘要
地方高校的法学本科教育在办学过程中存在着诸多问题,培养的大多数毕业生无法很好地满足社会对合格法律人才的需要,高校教育与社会需求之间出现脱轨情形。随着法治建设的全面深入,培养符合社会需求的法律人才应成为地方高校开展法学本科教育的工作重心。对当前地方高校而言,欲培养出合格法律人才,就必须革新现有人才培养机制,加强学生实务动手能力和职业道德素养,优化课程体系,积极探索出符合本校实际情况的特色创新型法学本科教育发展道路。
There are many problems in the process of the undergraduate law education in the reginal colleges and universities,and most of the graduates trained can not meet the demands of the society for qualified legal talents, and there is a derailment between college education and social demand. With the comprehensive deepening of construction of the rule of law, the training of legal talents in line with the needs of society should become the focus of the regional colleges and universities carrying out the undergraduate law education. As far as the regional colleges and universities are concerned, in order to create qualified legal talents,it is imperative to reform the existing personnel training mechanism, improve students ' practical ability and professional ethics,optimize the curriculum program, and actively explore the development road of innovative undergraduate law education with its own features which conforms to the actual situation of the school.
