摘要
<正>氢气是密度最小且无色无味的气体,具有可燃性和一定还原性,曾被认为是一种生理性惰性气体。2007年Ohsawa等[1]提出氢气可选择性清除氧自由基,并在大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型中证实氢气的保护作用,开启了氢气医学研究和应用的新纪元。迄今研究已证实氢气对多个脏器缺血再灌注损伤、神经退行性疾病、骨关节疾病及呼吸系统疾病等具
