基于间隙铰的锤片式粉碎机锤销接触力研究

摘要
为了探究在锤片式粉碎机锤销间隙及转子转速对锤销间接触力的关系,以锤片和销轴为研究对象,在考虑锤销铰间间隙摩擦的条件下,结合等效弹簧阻尼模型来构建锤销间隙铰模型。运用ADAMS对锤片式粉碎机锤销间隙铰模型进行仿真分析,仿真结果表明:在转子启动加速过程中,锤销间接触力出现冲击波动现象,锤销间碰撞程度随锤销间隙及转子转速的增大而增大;转子转速稳定后,在重力场及离心惯性力场耦合作用下,随锤销间隙及转子转速的增大,锤销间接触力波动与转速同频且幅值减小。仿真研究结果对研究锤片动力学及锤片运动稳定性有重要参考价值。
        In order to study the effect of the clearance between hammer and pin and rotor speed on the contact force between hammer and pin in hammer mill, hammer and pin are studied in consideration of friction of the clearance between hammer and pin. The model of clearance joints is built combining the model of equivalent spring damping, and then ADAMS is adopted to conduct simulation analysis on this model. The simulation results show that during the process of rotor start-up, the contact force fluctuates, and the collision degree between hammer and pin increases with the increase of the clearance between hammer and pin and the rotor speed. After the rotor speed is stable, under the coupling of the gravity field and the centrifugal inertial force field, the contact force fluctuation and the rotational speed of the hammer pin decrease with the increase of the hammer pin and the rotor speed. The simulation results have important reference value for studying hammer dynamics and hammer motion stability.
