摘要
静电除尘技术是利用电场产生的静电力将颗粒物从气流中分离出来,以达到净化空气的目的。在欧洲及日本等发达国家,静电除尘(ESP)系统已成功应用于公路隧道空气净化中,但国内尚处在探索阶段,缺少相应的行业规范及设计标准。文章设计了一套静电除尘空气净化系统,并应用于实际运营的公路隧道中,进行了相关性能测试。试验结果表明,在隧道内安装运行静电除尘(ESP)系统,能显著降低颗粒物浓度,改善空气质量,净化效果明显。研究成果有助于积累静电除尘系统的产品开发、设计及运行等经验,为在国内隧道或地铁等地下空间的推广应用提供一定的理论依据及实践指导。
        Electrostatic precipitator(ESP), which separates particules from air stream by means of electrostaticfield to reach the goal of air cleaning, has been successfully applied in highway tunnels in Europe, Japan and otherdeveloped countries. However it is still in an exploratory stage in China, and there are few industry norms and design standards specified for road tunnels. In this paper a set of ESP system was designed and tested in an operatingroad tunnel, with the research results show that the concentrations of particulates were largely reduced and the airquality was significantly improved thanks to the ESP system. It contributes to getting the experience in developing,designing and operating of the ESP system, and the theoretical basis for the application in domestic highway tunnelsand underground space.
