摘要
目的探讨慢性汞中毒对肾小球内皮细胞的影响及作用机制。方法采用SD大鼠建立慢性汞中毒模型,HE、PAS观察肾脏病理变化;氯化汞刺激人肾小球内皮细胞观察对内皮细胞的影响及相关蛋白表达。结果慢性汞中毒可致肾小管、肾小球广泛变性坏死,内皮细胞运动、迁移能力减弱,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),相关蛋白表达异常,并有剂量依赖性。结论根据汞致肾损伤的变化为法医诊断慢性汞中毒提供理论基础。
        Objective To investigate the effect of chronic mercury poisoning on glomerular endothelial cell injury and its mechanism. Methods SD rats were used to establish chronic mercury poisoning model HE and PAS to observe the pathological changes of the kidney. Mercury stimulated human glomerular endothelial cells to observe the effect on endothelial cells and the expression of related proteins. Results Chronic mercury poisoning caused extensive degeneration and necrosis of renal tubules and glomeruli. The endothelial cell movement and migration ability were weakened, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The expression of related proteins was abnormal and dose-dependent. Conclusion Provide a theoretical basis for pathological forensic diagnosis of chronic mercury poisoning.
