低位前切除综合征患者应用肛门灌洗治疗的研究进展

摘要
低位前切除综合征在临床上并不罕见,多发于直肠癌低位前切除术后,临床表现为大便失禁、便急、排便困难以及便频等,可对患者的身心健康造成较大的影响。经肛门灌洗疗法是一种比较新型的治疗手段,目前已在低位前切除综合征中有较广泛的应用,且也取得了一定的治疗成果,既可改善患者生命质量,又能防止永久性肠造口。
The low anterior resection syndrome is not uncommon in clinical practice, mainly in the lower front colorectal cancer resection, clinical manifestations of fecal incontinence, fecal urgency, bowel problems and frequent urination, etc., and can cause greater physical and mental health of the patient Impact. In this regard, the anal douche treatment was focused on, low anterior resection syndrome in their application were reviewed for clinical reference.
