肛肠病术后平衡镇痛治疗的临床应用研究

摘要
目的:探讨平衡镇痛方法在肛肠术后镇痛的临床应用。方法:观察组60例肛肠病术后采用平衡镇痛(口服独一味胶囊+双氯芬酸钠栓纳肛)进行镇痛。对照组60例采用双氯芬酸钠栓纳肛镇痛。通过疼痛评分进行对比研究。结果:观察组评分0.5~1.5分,对照组评分0.7~2.3分。观察组各个时间点VAS评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:平衡镇痛法通过多个阶段、多种途经、多种药物联合应用大大缓解了患者术后疼痛,基本达到术后无痛的目的,安全、可靠。
Objective:To investigate the clinical application of balance analgesia after anorectal surgery.Method:60 cases of the observation group were given balanced analgesia after anorectal surgery(oral Duyiwei Capsules+anus Diclofenac Sodium Suppository) for analgesia.The control group of 60 patients were given Diclofenac Sodium Suppository analgesia.Two groups were compared through anus pain scores.Result:The observation group scores were from 0.5 to 1.5 points,the control group scores were from 0.7 to 2.3 points.The pain scores at each time point were compared between the two groups and the observation group were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The balance analgesia through multiple stages,a variety of methods and multi-drug combination can greatly alleviate the patients' postoperation pain after anorectal surgery,which basically achieves the purpose of postoperative analgesia,safely and reliably.
