摘要
Catia软件做为三维建模的主要手段,近年来被各大水利设计院争相使用,但其自带的有限元计算功能却在行业内应用较少,通过对不同工程实例进行计算分析,表明其对岔管线弹性的有限元计算是可行的。分别利用Ansys、Catia软件对钢制三通模型进行有限元计算,并对结果进行比较与分析,两款软件的计算结果基本一致,应力应变分布基本相同;再利用catia软件对"Y"型岔管进行了有限元计算与分析,得出的计算结果满足规范要求,应力应变分布符合一般规律。
        Catia software is used as the main method of 3 D modeling. It has been used by major water conservancy design institutes in recent years. However, its own finite element calculation function is rarely used in the industry. Through calculation and analysis of different engineering examples, it is shown that it is feasible to calculate the elasticity finite element of the branch pipelines. The finite element calculations of steel three-way models were done respectively using of Ansys and Catia software. and its results were compared and analyzed. The calculation results of two kinds of software were basically same, the stress and strain distributions were basically same, and the catia software was used to reconstruct the "Y" model. The tube was subjected to finite element calculations and analysis. The calculated results met the requirement of specifications and the stress-strain distribution conformed to the general laws.
