膀胱截石位手术患者臀大肌肌内注射定位法的改良

摘要
目的评估膀胱截石位臀大肌肌内注射定位法改良的安全性及有效性。方法将门诊实施人工流产清宫手术的420例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各210例,对照组采用传统的臀大肌十字法或连线法定位后行肌内注射,观察组采用角度尺定位或手法定位。采用传统臀大肌定位法于患者侧卧位时分别验证两组定位准确性。结果观察组注射部位准确率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用改良定位法对膀胱截石位手术患者行臀大肌肌内注射,可提高肌内注射安全性。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of modified injection site location before gluteal intramuscular injection in patients placed at lithotomy position.Methods A total of 420 women to received artificial abortion operation at lithotomy position were randomized into an observation group and a control group,each of 210 cases.The injection site in the control group was determined by drawing a cross or drawing a line from the trochanter to the posterior superior iliac spine before the dorsogluteal intramuscular injection procedure,while the injection site in the observation group was located by using an angle meter or through manual palpitation.The correctness of injection site was evaluated between the 2groups when they changed to prone position using traditional methods to locate the gluteus maximus.Results The rate correct injection site in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Modified injection site location before dorsogluteal intramuscular injection in patients placed at lithotomy position is safe.
