摘要
发育性髋关节脱位常伴有髋关节软骨发育不良,其分子机制尚不明确。细胞凋亡是由多基因调控、多因子参与的细胞自主死亡过程,发展过程精细,呈多样性。近年来,细胞凋亡与发育性髋关节脱位软骨发育不良的关系受到了广泛关注。JAK1/STAT1信号通路与Bcl-2家族、Caspase家族之间在软骨细胞凋亡过程中的关系密切,为揭示发育性髋关节脱位中软骨发育不良的相关研究带来了新思路。
        Developmental dysplasia of the hip(DDH) is often accompanied by hip articular cartilage degeneration, and its molecular mechanism is still unclear. Apoptosis is a process of autonomic death caused by multi-gene regulation and multi-factor participation. In recent years, the relationship between apoptosis and developmental dysplasia of the hip articular cartilage has received extensive attention. In the process of the apoptosis of chondrocytes,the JAK1/STAT1 signaling pathway is closely related to the Bcl-2 family and the Caspase family, which brings new ideas for the study of cartilage degeneration in DDH.
