忻州市干果经济林提质增效项目效益分析与建议

摘要
忻州市为脱贫致富,2017年大面积实施了干果经济林提质增效项目,该项目主要分为干果经济林提质增效和沙棘林改造两部分。该文通过实地调研、访谈和连续记录等方式,深入到具体项目实施的14个县(市、区),在研究探讨忻州市实施项目的现实性、可行性的基础上,分析了项目两部分取得的效益:通过项目实施,各项干果经济林3a后均可实现不同程度增收;沙棘林改造后当年可增收1500元/hm~2,3a后每公顷可增收6000元以上。该项目取得较好的收益,为广大山区农户依靠发展经济林实现脱贫致富地区提供了可借鉴经验。
In order to get rid of poverty and become rich,Xinzhou City implemented a large-scale project of improving quality and efficiency of dried fruit economic forest in 2017. The project is mainly divided into two parts: improving quality and efficiency of dried fruit economic forest and improving seabuckthorn forest. Through field investigation,interviews and continuous records,this paper goes deep into 14 counties(cities and districts)where the project is implemented. On the basis of studying and discussing the reality and feasibility of the project in Xinzhou City,this paper analyses the benefits of the two parts of the project: through the project implementation,all the dry fruit economic forests can increase their income in different degrees after three years;after the transformation of seabuckthorn forests, they can increase their income by 1500 yuan/hm~2 in the same year. After 3 years, the income per hectare can be increased by more than 6,000 yuan. The project has achieved good returns,which can be used for reference by farmers in mountainous areas who depend on the development of economic forests to achieve poverty alleviation and prosperity.
