摘要
由于能源匮乏以及人们环保意识的增强,纯电动车越来越受到人们的关注,而我国纯电动车的研究还处在起步阶段,可靠度低。对此进行可靠性研究,可靠度提升空间大,并且能够大大节约由于可靠度低下耗费的成本;所以可靠性的研究尤为重要。可靠性是衡量汽车质量的重要指标,本文通过对纯电动M3类商用客车进行可靠性建模,设定可靠性指标,进行可靠性预计和分配;同时,对零部件进行可靠性验证试验及整车可靠性增长试验,最终提高了整车的可靠性并使其达到了预计的可靠性水平。
        Because of energy scarcity and people's awareness of environmental protection,pure electric vehicles get more and more people's attention.However,in our country,pure electric vehicle research is still in its infancy,it has low reliability.The study of reliability on pure electric vehicles has a large space to enhance,and can significantly reduce the cost due to low reliability.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the reliability.Reliability is an important index to measure the quality of automotives,in the paper,finished the modeling for the pure electric commercial vehicles of M3,established the reliability target,and accomplished the reliability forecast and the reliability allocation,meanwhile,completed the reliability validating test for its component and conducted the reliability growth test.At last,improved the reliability of it as expected.
