摘要
采用正交试验研究了保存温度、保存时间对茵芋花粉活力的影响.结果表明:-20、-12、0、4、6℃及室温的6种保存温度对茵芋花粉活力的影响明显.保存30 d时,20、-12、0、4、6℃及室温下保存的花粉活力分别为64.9%、63.7%、69.8%、70.9%、46.9%、19.5%,4℃下保存的花粉活力是室温的3.64倍.-20、-12℃下保存的花粉活力随着保存时间的延长呈直线下降,0、4、6℃及室温下保存的花粉活力随着保存时间的延长呈抛物线型下降.-20、-12℃适宜花粉90 d的较长时间保存,90 d时的花粉活力分别为63.8%、62.4%;0、4、6℃适宜30 d的短期保存,30 d时的花粉活力分别为69.8%、70.9%、46.9%;室温仅适宜12 d的临时保存,12 d时的花粉活力为57.9%.
        The effects of preservation temperature and preservation time on pollen viability of Skimmia reevesiana were studied by orthogonal design. The results showed that the effects of storage temperatures on the pollen vitality were obvious. When stored for30 d,the pollen viability at 20,-12,0,4,6℃,and room temperature were 64.9%,63.7%,69.8%,70.9%,46.9% and 19.5%,respectively. The vitality of pollen stored at 4 ℃ was 3.64 times as much as room temperature. The viability of pollen stored at-20 and-12 ℃ decreased linearly with the prolongation of storage time. The pollen viability at 0,4,6 ℃ and room temperature decreased as parabola type with the prolongation of storage time.-20 and-12℃ were suitable for long-term storage of 90 d,and pollen viability was 63.8% and 62. 4% at 90 d,respectively. 0,4 and 6℃ were suitable for short-term storage of 30 d,and the pollen viability was 69.8%,70.9% and 46.9% at 30 d,respectively. Room temperature was only suitable for temporary storage of12 d,and pollen viability at 12 d was 57.9%.
