中医情志护理在癌痛患者中的辅助应用价值

摘要
目的探究中医情志护理在癌痛患者护理中的辅助价值。方法选取2016年2月至2018年8月我院收治的78例癌痛患者为研究对象,以随机分组原则将其分为对照组与试验组,每组39例。对照组应用常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上应用中医情志护理。比较两组患者的疼痛评分、疼痛缓解效果、睡眠质量、生活质量、服药依从性及护理满意度。结果护理后,两组患者的疼痛评分、睡眠质量评分均降低,生活质量评分均升高,且试验组均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的疼痛缓解总有效率、服药依从性、护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在癌痛患者临床护理中,应用中医情志护理,对辅助提高疼痛缓解有效率具有积极作用,同时既可以缓解疼痛程度、改善睡眠质量,又可以提高服药依从性、生活质量及护理满意度,临床应用价值较高。
Objective To explore the auxiliary value of applying traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing in the nursing of patients with cancer pain. Methods From February 2016 to August 2018, 78 patients with cancer pain admitted in our hospital were selected as the research objects. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by random grouping principle, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The pain scores, effects of pain relief, sleep quality, quality of life, medication compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After nursing, the pain scores and sleep quality scores of the two groups decreased, but quality of life scores increased, and those in the experimental group were superior to the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of pain relief, medication compliance and nursing satisfaction in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion In the clinical nursing of patients with cancer pain, the application of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing has a positive effect on the improvement of pain relief, and it can not only relieve pain, improve sleep quality,but also improve medication compliance, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, with high clinical application value.
