观察宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后口服黄体酮、平月汤预防子宫内膜息肉复发的效果

摘要
目的观察宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后口服黄体酮、平月汤预防子宫内膜息肉复发的效果。方法选取2016年9月～2018年9月期间我院收治的100例宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。结果用药前,两组患者子宫出血量、子宫内膜厚度无显著差异(P>0.05),用药后,观察组子宫内膜厚度显著优于对照组和用药前,且子宫出血量更少,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组复发情况对比,观察组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对宫腔镜子宫内膜息肉切除术后患者,可给与黄体酮、平月汤,提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To observe the effect of prophylaxis of progesterone and Pingyue decoction on recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopic resection of endometrial polyps.Methods From September2016 to September 2018,100 patients with hysteroscopic endometrial polyposis were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 50 cases in each group.Results There was no significant difference in the amount of uterine bleeding and the thickness of endometrium between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the thickness of endometrium in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group and before treatment,and the amount of uterine bleeding was even less.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients after hysteroscopic endometrial polyposis resection,progesterone and Pingyue decoction can be given to improve the effect of clinical treatment.
