摘要
能源精细管理是降低油田能耗的重要举措,但实现能源精细管理的基础是数据,因此如何及时准确的监测到相关数据至关重要。通过对新疆油田不同层级的能耗指标监测需求进行分析,对监测指标涉及的基础数据进行溯源,设计了软件的架构和功能,研发出了一套具监测、预警、预测、统计为一体的监测系统。系统运行后,缩短了能源统计周期,延伸了监测层级,满足了油田公司、二级生产单位、作业区/站库3个层级能耗指标按日监测的需求,实现管理节能10×104t(标煤)以上,节约费用约1亿元。新疆油田能耗监测系统的研发成功,在国内油田开发企业中尚属首次,为其它油田起到了借鉴和示范作用。
        Fine management on energy is an important measure to reduce energy consumption of oil field. But the basis of achieving fine management is data, so how to monitor relevant accurate data timely is very important. By analyzing monitoring requirement of different management hierarchy on energy consumption indicators and tracing to the source of basic data involved in monitoring indicators, we design the structure and function of software and develop a monitoring system integrating together with monitoring, warning, predicting and statistics. After system operation, the cycle of the statistics is reduced and the hierarchy of monitor is extended, which meets the daily monitoring demand of power consumption indicators of oil field, oil production factory and oil operation district/station. Meanwhile, the system provides data support for process management on energy consumption in oilfield and improves the efficiency of energy management, which realizes energy saving of management by more than 10×10~4 tce and cost saving by 10×10~8 yuan. The successful development of monitoring system on energy consumption in Xinjiang oilfield provides a guarantee on economically effective energy utilization. This system is the first one developed among domestic oilfields, which sets an example for other oilfields.
