摘要
对甘蔗糖厂成糖洁净区内环境空气、设备表面、生产线及糖垢采样点进行了样品采集。在对上述55个采样点进行微生物分离纯化的基础上,结合传统微生物学形态观察、生理生化实验、分子生物学等方法对所得微生物菌种鉴定,共获得163株细菌和97株真菌,其中33株细菌和16株真菌鉴定到种水平。同时,通过构建系统发育树,实现对甘蔗糖厂成糖洁净区生产线污染菌株、污染途径、污染源进行初步溯源分析。结果表明:甘蔗糖厂成糖洁净区存在2条污染途径,可初步划分污染源危害等级、污染菌株危害等级。论文的研究结果将为甘蔗糖厂成糖洁净区微生物危害分析及其甘蔗制糖行业技术规范研究提供理论基础和实践指导。
        Sample collection of ambient air, equipment surface, production line and sugar scale sampling points in the sugar-making clean area of a sugar mill was conducted. Based on the microbial separation and purification of the above 55 sampling points, combined with traditional microbial morphology observation, physiological and biochemical experiments, molecular biology and other methods, identification was conducted and a total of163 strains of bacteria and 97 strains of fungi were obtained, of which 33 strains and 16 strains were identified to individual species. At the same time, construction of phylogenetic tree was made, and the preliminary traceability analysis was carried out with regard to the contaminated strains, pollution pathways and pollution sources in the sugarcane plants' sugar-cleaning production line. The results showed that there were 2 pollution pathways in the sugar-smelting clean area of the sugar cane plant, which could preliminarily classify the pollution level of the pollution source and the hazard level of the contaminated strain. The research results of this thesis will provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the analysis of microbial hazard in the sugar-smelting clean area of sugar cane plant and the technical specification of sugarcane sugar industry.
