公路隧道施工成洞段LED照明优化设计研究

摘要
为合理选取与布置公路隧道施工成洞段LED照明灯具,采用DIALux照明模拟软件得到泛光灯、球泡灯与灯带3种常用灯具照明效果与各影响因素之间的关系,并依托重庆红岩村桥隧项目进行相关应用验证。结果表明:1)相同布灯情况下,利用系数由高到低依次为泛光灯、灯带、球泡灯,而路面照明均匀性由好到差依次为灯带、球泡灯、泛光灯; 2)球泡灯、泛光灯利用系数受布灯间距影响很小; 3)断面大小对利用系数影响同样较小,而反射系数越高则路面照明效果越好; 4)成洞段照明建议以球泡灯和泛光灯为主,且应结合利用系数、光效、布置间距、价格等因素综合选取布置。
        In order to reasonably select and arrange the LED lighting fixtures on completion section of highway tunnel construction, the lighting simulation software DIALux is used to obtain the relationship between the lighting effects of three common LED lamps, i.e. floodlights, bulbs and strips and different influencing factors. Based on the bridge and tunnel project of Hongyancun in Chongqing City, the LED lighting application and verification are carried out. The results show that:(1) In the case of the same lighting arrangement, the order of utilization coefficient from high to low is floodlights, strips and bulbs. But for uniformity of road illumination, the order from good to bad is strips, bulbs and floodlights.(2)The utilization coefficients of bulbs and floodlights are little affected by the spacing of lighting arrangement.(3)The tunnel cross-section also has less influence on the utilization coefficients, but the higher the reflection coefficient of the tunnel is, the better the lighting effect of the road is.(4) The bulbs and floodlights are recommended to be main lighting fixtures in tunnel construction. In the selection and arrangement, factors such as utilization coefficient, light efficiency, spacing, and price should be taken into comprehensive consideration.
