摘要
制动系统是矿井提升系统最为重要的子系统,它是矿井安全生产的重要保障。以往的恒力矩制动很难满足提升机在恶劣工作环境下的制动要求,而恒减速制动能够适应各种工况下的制动要求,是矿井中最为理想的制动方式。对矿井提升机制动性能的提升与改进进行了分析,以实现恒减速制动。
        Braking system is the most important subsystem of mine hoisting system, and it is an important guarantee for mine safety production. In the past, constant moment braking could hardly meet the braking requirements of hoist in harsh working environment, and constant deceleration braking could meet the braking requirements of various working conditions, which was the most ideal braking mode in mines. This paper analyzed the improvement of braking performance of mine hoist in order to achieve constant deceleration braking.
