摘要

随着我国城市化水平的不断提升,房建工程事业得到了高速的发展,但是在进行房建工程施工的过程中,可能存在渗漏问题,所以施工技术人员必须采用相应的措施,对房建工程中的渗漏问题进行解决,以促使房建质量得到有效提高。主要对房建施工中发生渗漏的位置及原因进行分析,并提出相应的防渗漏施工技术。
        With the continuous improvement of China's urbanization level,the housing construction project has achieved rapid development.However,during the construction of the housing construction project,there may be leakage problems,so the construction technicians must adopt corresponding measures.The leakage problem in the housing construction project will be solved to promote the quality of the housing construction.In this paper,we will mainly analyze the location and causes of leakage in the construction of the building,and propose corresponding anti-leakage construction techniques.
