摘要
[目的]对防治黄瓜灰霉病复合微生物杀菌剂进行研究。[方法]采用平板对峙法对菌株进行亲和性测定;通过测定微生物发酵滤液对灰霉病原菌孢子、菌丝等影响,确定最佳配比;盆栽试验确定制剂防病促生效果。[结果]菌株D1、BSD-2、ch2-22具有协同增效作用,发酵液以体积比5∶4∶1配比,活芽孢数为1.5×10~7 cfu/mL时,对黄瓜灰霉病防治效果达86.25%,并具有促生作用。[结论]复合微生物杀菌剂对黄瓜灰霉病具有较强防病促生作用,具有开发成新型生物农药的潜力。
[Aims] This paper aims to study the compound microbial disinfectant against cucumber gray mold.[Methods] The affinity test was carried out by plate confrontation method; The optimum ratio was determined by measuring the effect of strain fermentation on the spores and hyphae of gray mold pathogens. The pot test was used to determine the prophylactic effect of preparation. [Results] The strains D1, BSD-2, ch2-22 have synergistic effect.When the ratio of the three fermentation filtrates was 5 ∶4 ∶1 and the number of live spore was 1.5 ×10~7 cfu/m L, the compound fungicide for control of gray mold of cucumber was 86.25%. [Conclusions] Compound biocides have a strong anti-disease and promoting effect on botrytis cinerea, which has a potential to develop as a new type of biological pesticide.
