摘要
经三维全模型有限元仿真结果验证,解析法计算及二维有限元仿真计算力特性时需要使用横向边端效应系数修正次级材料电导率。次级板横向伸出宽度、次级导电板下弯高度对电机的横向边端效应有影响,从而影响SSLIM的力特性,结合计算结果指导次级板的设计与生产,得到较优的力特性。
The results of 3 D full-model finite element simulation show that the transverse edge effect coefficient is needed to modify the conductivity of secondary materials when the analytical method and the 2 D finite element simulation are used to calculate the force characteristics. The lateral extension width and the bending height of the secondary conductive plate have influence on the transverse edge effect of the motor, thus affecting the force characteristics of the SSLIM. Combining with the calculation results, the design and production of the secondary plate are guided to obtain better force characteristics.
